Kushari

Mahshi refers to a variety of stuffed vegetables. The most popular version is Mahshi Wara' Enab, which consists of vine leaves stuffed with a mixture of rice, herbs, and sometimes ground meat. Other vegetables like zucchini, bell peppers, or cabbage can also be stuffed.

Fattah:

Ta'ameya (Egyptian Falafel):

Sayadeya: 

A popular seafood dish, Sayadeya features fish (such as mullet or sea bass) that is cooked with rice, onions, tomatoes, and a blend of spices. It is often served with a tangy tomato sauce and garnished with fried onions and nuts.

Basbousa: 

Basbousa is a traditional Egyptian dessert made from semolina, sugar, and yogurt. It is typically baked and soaked in a sweet syrup flavored with rosewater or orange blossom water. It is often garnished with almonds or pistachios.
