 Recipe for chicken balls: Ingredients : 1 pound (450g) ground chicken 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 egg, lightly beaten. Cooking oil for frying Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on a plate or baking sheet.
