Chicken balls recipe

 Recipe for chicken balls:

Ingredients:

1 pound (450g) ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion.

2 cloves garlic, minced.

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, lightly beaten.

Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on a plate or baking sheet.

Heat cooking oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium heat.

Carefully add the chicken balls to the hot oil, working in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan. Fry the balls for about 5-7 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove the chicken balls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve the chicken balls hot as an appetizer or as part of a meal. They can be enjoyed on their own, with a dipping sauce, or added to pasta dishes, stir-fries, or salads.

Feel free to adjust the seasonings and spices according to your taste preferences. Enjoy your homemade chicken balls!
