Roasted turkey breast with garlic herb butter is a flavorful and juicy dish that is perfect for special occasions or holiday gatherings. Here's a recipe to prepare roasted turkey breast with garlic herb butter:

Ingredients:

1 bone-in turkey breast (about 4-5 pounds)

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened.

4 garlic cloves, minced.

2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and parsley) finely chopped.

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 lemon, sliced.

1 cup chicken broth or turkey broth

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a garlic herb butter mixture.

Carefully loosen the skin of the turkey breast by gently sliding your fingers under the skin, being careful not to tear it.

Spread about half of the garlic herb butter mixture under the turkey skin, evenly distributing it over the meat. Smooth out the skin to ensure even coverage.

Rub the remaining garlic herb butter over the outside of the turkey breast, coating it evenly.

Place the lemon slices under the skin and on top of the turkey breast.

Place the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan. Pour the chicken broth or turkey broth into the bottom of the roasting pan.

Roast the turkey breast in the preheated oven for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.

Baste the turkey breast with the pan juices every 30 minutes to keep it moist and flavorful.

Once the turkey breast is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 15 minutes before carving.

Carve the turkey breast into slices and serve it with the pan juices as a delicious and moist main course.

Roasted turkey breast with garlic herb butter is a classic dish that is sure to impress your guests. The garlic herb butter adds wonderful flavors to the tender turkey meat, and the pan juices can be drizzled over the slices for added moisture and taste. Enjoy this flavorful and succulent roasted turkey breast as the centerpiece of your special meal!
